Rink City Hockey 2 Tournament is a tabletop roleplaying game designed as a magical reinterpretation and exaggeration of hockey. It is a system designed to tell over-the-top tournament arc stories of powerful characters clashing over something they’re deeply passionate about. While the teams will have relationships that span camaraderie to cutthroat animosity, the players are explicitly collaborative in the story they tell together. No single player wins or loses. It might unfold that the team eliminated at the very beginning is the team that stops the big bad from absorbing the power of all the competitors and becoming a god.
The goal of Rink City Hockey 2 Tournament is to embrace passion, creativity, and shameless fun. Play your characters with the same ridiculous, prideful abandon a superfan brings to the stands. Enjoy yourselves and be good to each other.
